Evidence an account manager should prepare for review
This post is also available in Persian ←

A reconcilable record matters more than selected winning results. Prepare performance, cash flows, costs, management methods and authority boundaries without exposing secrets.
A professional account-manager introduction is not complete with an attractive chart or a few successful trades. A reviewer needs to understand which method and period the record represents, how the figures were produced and where the information is limited. An evidence pack should facilitate independent review, not make incomplete information appear certain.
Explain the record’s scope on one page
Identify the account type, management method, markets, base currency, host and time range. If the report combines several accounts or periods, make their boundaries clear. Label backtests, demo-account results and live trading separately. Combining them without explanation can create a false impression of the length of the live record.
A method description need not reveal every confidential strategy detail, but it should explain the type of exposure, holding horizon, use of leverage and conditions that constrain the approach. Labels such as “proprietary” or “intelligent” do not replace that explanation.
The records should be reconcilable
Retain host statements, timestamps and time zones, balance and equity, cash flows and costs with clear definitions. If you provide processed data, disclose the transformations or adjustments applied. Record omitted periods, corrections and source changes, rather than silently replacing the history with a revised version.
Give risk the same prominence as returns
- Drawdown and its calculation method, identifying balance or equity.
- Losing periods and recovery duration, including any ongoing drawdown.
- Open positions and limits on their visibility.
- Material changes in size, leverage, method or host during the record.
- Costs included in and excluded from the return figure.
State precisely when information is unavailable. A sample account or another strategy’s average cannot fill the gap. Transparency helps the reviewer limit conclusions to what the evidence supports.
Separate cooperation documents from access secrets
Prepare a description of the parties’ roles, trading authority, reporting, fee terms and termination arrangements. Login passwords, two-factor codes, private keys and withdrawal permissions are not needed for a public introduction. Do not include investors’ personal information without necessity and appropriate authorization. Any genuinely necessary sensitive information should have a separately defined secure intake process.
A suggested presentation order
- A short description of the method and scope of the record.
- A list of report sources and how figures can be reconciled.
- Results, risk and cash flows with definitions for each measure.
- Data limitations and significant changes during the period.
- Proposed cooperation terms and a contact route for reviewer questions.
A prepared evidence pack is not an approval
Describe your role and proposal through the account-manager cooperation inquiry, and consult the platform guides for available processes. Submitting documents does not promise acceptance, a higher ranking or investor allocations. Review may require additional information or limitations on publication.
This is an educational preparation checklist, not an official licensing or performance-certification standard. A transparent history supports review, but past outcomes and a polished report do not guarantee future profits.
Compare the track record, drawdown and costs of PAMM, MAM and copy-trading accounts, with the source and time of every figure.
