This page summarises the PAMM Iran terms of use in plain language. The full, binding text, with its version number and effective date, is linked at the bottom of this page.
1. What the platform is
PAMM Iran is a reference for reviewing and comparing managed trading accounts and a provider of related investment services. It is not a broker, an investment fund or a financial adviser.
Your investment capital stays in your own trading account with the broker. PAMM Iran never asks for trading or withdrawal access to your accounts; if anyone asks for this in our name, please report it through the contact page.
2. How we earn
Referral links are labelled “referral”. If you sign up through one, the provider may pay PAMM Iran a referral fee; it costs you nothing extra.
Fees for paid services, such as rial–USDT conversion or subscriptions, are shown before you confirm, and nothing is charged without your confirmation.
Sponsored content is published only with an “Ad” label and has no effect on account rankings or scores.
3. Wallet, deposits and withdrawals
The PAMM Iran wallet is used only for platform services: rial–USDT conversion, subscription payments, the marketplace, and receiving prizes or rewards. Deposits to and withdrawals from trading accounts are made directly with the broker.
Deposits and withdrawals are accepted only through cards, IBANs and wallets registered and verified in your own name. Payments to or from third parties are not accepted.
To prevent fraud, deposited funds may be held for up to 72 hours before they can be withdrawn. Large withdrawals are approved by two staff members.
Crypto transactions cannot be reversed once they are on the network; check the network and destination address carefully before you confirm.
4. Identity verification
Identity verification is optional after sign-up, but it is required for currency conversion and for managers listing a trading account.
Your identity information must be your own and accurate. Providing false information leads to account suspension.
5. Market risk
No return is guaranteed, and you may lose some or all of your capital.
Performance figures describe the past and do not guarantee future results.
Investment decisions are yours. PAMM Iran’s content is educational and informational, not investment advice.
6. Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your password, two-factor codes and access to your registered email and phone secure. We recommend enabling two-factor sign-in and an anti-phishing code.
Never share your main broker or exchange password or your wallet private key with anyone, including us. The only exception is the read-only investor password, which the manager of a managed account may provide with their own consent for performance verification; see section 9.
7. Privacy
How we collect, keep and protect your data is explained in our privacy policy.
9. Managed accounts: fees, manager declarations and verification
The performance fee is the only fee of a managed account and is taken from profit only. The PAMM Iran share is taken out of that performance fee, never out of the investor remainder; the manager net share equals the performance fee minus the PAMM Iran share, and the investor keeps the rest of the profit. The platform sets the PAMM Iran share floor (generally or per account) within the current policy, and term changes apply only to the future.
Each account's capital, leverage, volumes, risk policy and allowed symbols are the manager's own declaration and are labelled as declared. The minimum joining capital is computed from that declaration and platform parameters; symbol reference values are approximate planning figures, not market prices. During evaluation and activity the manager may trade only the declared symbols, and Sanjesh compares the declaration with the account's real behaviour.
For performance verification, the account manager may register the trading account read-only investor password with their own consent. It cannot trade or withdraw, it is stored encrypted, only authorised review staff can access it and only to verify that account's performance, and every access is logged. The main trading password is never requested, and the manager can change the investor password at the broker at any time.
8. Changes and disputes
New versions of these terms are published with an effective date, and for significant changes you will be asked to accept them before continuing.
If a dispute arises, please first submit a request through the contact page under “Dispute or conflict report” so we can review and resolve it.
