This page explains what data we keep about you, why, and how we protect it. The full, binding text is linked at the bottom of this page.
Account details: name, email, mobile number and account settings.
Identity verification details, if you complete it: identity documents (national card or passport) and verification results.
Financial details needed for our services: verified cards, IBANs and wallets, and your transaction history.
Security details: sign-in times, trusted devices and IP addresses, to prevent misuse.
Messages and requests you send through the contact page or support.
We never ask for your main broker or exchange password, wallet private key or recovery phrase, and you should never enter them anywhere. The only exception is the read-only investor password, which the manager of a managed account registers in the panel with their own consent, solely for performance verification; it is stored encrypted and the manager can change it at the broker at any time.
Data is used only to provide our services, secure your account, meet anti-money-laundering obligations, send necessary notices and improve the platform.
Your data is never sold or rented. Only the minimum necessary data is shared, for required checks with authorised providers or where the law requires it.
To stop bots and phishing, some forms may use Google reCAPTCHA. In that case technical information about your browser and device is sent to Google under the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If the service cannot be reached, the forms work without it.
Your language, light or dark theme and sign-in session are stored in your browser. They are removed when you sign out or clear your browser storage.
You can view and correct your data in your account dashboard. To delete your data or receive a copy, submit a request through the contact page and follow it with your tracking number.
Some financial and identity records must by law be kept for a set period and cannot be deleted before it ends.
New versions of this policy are published with an effective date.
