One account, several roles
Everyone starts as an investor. If you manage a trading account or represent a company, request the new role on the same account. Roles stay active side by side — you can be an investor and an account manager at the same time.
Requirements
| Role | Verification level | Extra documents |
|---|---|---|
| Trading account manager | Level 2 (Verified) | — |
| Partner (broker, exchange, prop firm, service provider) | Level 3 (Advanced) | Company details and documents |
Steps
- Reach the required level under Verification. The full guide is Identity verification and levels.
- Open Roles and choose the role you need.
- Add a short description and the requested details.
- A reviewer checks the request; the verification requirement is checked again at approval.
- You see the decision on the same page and receive a notification.
After approval
- Account manager: the approved role carries the trading-account submission permission and enables the account-manager workspace persona. Start with listing a trading account. Merely owning a private Sanjesh/personal account record does not create the manager persona without that permission.
- Partner: partner roles on this page are identity/organisation labels. They do not by themselves make you a member of a market partner or enable the partner workspace persona. For an official profile, submit a listing request in the partner panel; approval creates your owner membership for that company, or an operator can add you as a member. See listing a broker or exchange.
Academy instructor is not requested here: that persona comes from authoring a course at the teaching desk, while course publication is a separate Academy review. Marketplace selling is not unlocked by a services identity role either; listing creation follows the marketplace's current minimum verification level.
