Public manager profile: a page that opens only with real activity
This post is also available in Persian ←

A public manager profile is not an advert; it reflects current activity. This guide covers the three profile types, visibility conditions and the role path.
A public manager profile is a fixed page with its own address that introduces you and your current work. What separates it from an advertising page is the word current: the page opens to a visitor only when at least one account, course or partner membership tied to you is publicly visible at that moment. It is not a permanent badge; it reflects real activity.
Three profile types, three different conditions
| Type | Address | Access condition |
|---|---|---|
| Account manager | /managers/{handle} | At least one account manageable for investors |
| Academy instructor | /instructors/{handle} | At least one published academy course |
| Business partner | /partners/{handle} | Formal membership in a company published in the market directory |
A personal, private SANJESH account does not create a manager page on its own. If the company you belong to leaves the public directory, the partner page and its public form also become unavailable, while the private profile and approved text remain. The full explanation is in the public profile guide.
Building a public manager profile in five steps
- Role and verification: the manager role needs level 2 verification and a partner role needs level 3. Request it on the roles page after completing verification; the path is in the role request guide.
- Type and copy: under the public profile desk, choose the type, display name, preferred handle, professional title and Persian introduction. The English title and introduction, links and contact form are pro-plan display features.
- Submit for review: until a new version is approved, it does not replace the previously approved copy.
- Conditional publication: even after approval, the page opens only when public activity exists.
- Messages: if you enable the contact form, messages arrive in the profile messages section.
Which text is rejected?
- Promises of profit or claims of a guarantee;
- Contact details or raw links inside the text;
- English that is machine-translated.
These rules protect visitor trust rather than making a manager’s life harder. Copy that shows method and track record instead of promises is both approved and more effective.
What a pro plan changes and what it does not
A pro plan activates extra profile sections. It does not change account rank or order, current public visibility, method readiness or SANJESH authorization. The “Featured · Ad” placement is separate, can lift a currently visible account to the top of a list, and always carries the ad label. For comparing accounts, the trading accounts catalogue and Trading Account Investors are the decision references, not a profile page.
Profile and SANJESH authorization
The public profile is not a substitute for SANJESH authorization. An investor arriving from your profile must still see the method’s current state on the account page; the profile describes, the authorization conditions. If you want investors to approach you with their own terms, the Trading Account Investors path complements the profile rather than competing with it.
Frequently asked questions
Three short answers cover most decisions: the current-activity condition, where messages arrive, and the boundary of a pro plan.
Can I build a manager profile without an active account?
You can prepare the copy, but the public page opens only with at least one publicly visible account.
Where do contact-form messages appear?
In the profile messages section, and only when the contact form is enabled.
Does a pro plan raise account rank?
No. It only activates profile display features and has no effect on ranking.
The bottom line
A public manager profile means something only when current activity stands behind it: a visible account for a manager, a published course for an instructor, formal membership for a partner. Submit the copy for review, avoid promises and raw links, and remember that a pro plan replaces neither SANJESH authorization nor the account’s real standing.
