Introducer agreements: responsibilities and settlement terms
This post is also available in Persian ←

An introducer agreement should define services, referral attribution and settlement bases. Introduction is not trading or fund-receipt authority; payments must not buy trust or review outcomes.
An introducer relationship is reviewable when roles, revenue bases and responsibility boundaries are clear. A referral link or agreed percentage does not define the whole arrangement. The agreement should identify services and activities outside the introducer’s authority. A cooperation label alone permits neither receiving investor capital nor promising returns.
Separate permitted services from excluded activities
Producing content, introducing a review route and answering general questions can have different scopes. Do not infer trading authority, personal advice or permission to collect sensitive documents from the introducer title. Relevant contractual and legal restrictions need independent review; this article gives no universal legal ruling for a particular jurisdiction.
Referral attribution should be traceable
Define the event that qualifies as a valid referral and the rule where multiple routes are involved. A click alone proves neither registration, acceptance nor completed service. Times, non-sensitive identifiers and review status can support reconciliation while preserving the referred person’s privacy.
A hypothetical settlement-basis mismatch
Suppose an agreement links revenue to a confirmed service while an introducer report contains only click counts. Those figures do not share a basis, so clicks alone cannot establish a final payment claim. This example is not the site’s actual revenue model. It shows why events, amounts and eligibility conditions need consistent definitions.
Key sections for agreement review
- Services, permitted channels and responsibility for published content.
- Qualifying referral events and attribution-conflict rules.
- Amount bases, currency, costs and revenue-recognition timing.
- Cancellation, correction, disputes and termination conditions.
- Privacy, incentive disclosure and settlement approval routes.
Cooperation settlement differs from investor capital
An introducer must not divert investor funds from the official route to settle their own charges. Payment destinations should belong to the registered, approved beneficiary rather than another person’s card or account. Passwords, private keys and transfers to prove cooperation have no place in a general contract description.
Money must not change review conclusions
Financial-interest disclosure matters, but does not validate an inaccurate claim. Referral revenue or advertising fees must not change trust rankings, limitation disclosures or complaint handling. Corrections to misleading content should remain traceable independently of the relationship’s commercial success.
Define termination from the outset
Clarify remaining promotional material, claims under review and record retention. Ending a relationship does not authorise silently deleting claims or publishing private information. State roles and incentives clearly in a cooperation inquiry. In account information, distinguish commercial introduction from independent assessment. This framework is not a ready-to-sign contract and claims no complete active product settlement workflow.
