What is a PAMM account?
PAMM accounts are trading or commercial accounts that a host broker has converted into accounts capable of attracting pooled capital. Brokers call these accounts PAMM accounts.
Note: PAMM stands for Percentage Allocation Management Module.
PAMM accounts were created to provide a framework for investors who lack sufficient knowledge and experience to trade in forex and crypto financial markets. Through the PAMM tool, they can invest in these accounts, benefit from professional traders’ knowledge and experience, and share resulting profits in proportion to their investment.
The managers of these accounts are traders with knowledge and experience in forex and crypto markets. They specialise in managing PAMM accounts and trade on behalf of investors with the aim of generating shared profits.
In effect, a PAMM account allows you to invest in forex and crypto and earn profits without handing capital to a third party or trading directly.
You can use this tool to invest in one or more PAMM accounts so that the manager trades in forex and crypto on your behalf. You can thereby participate in these markets and benefit from professional traders’ skills, experience, distinctive strategies and trading advantages without acquiring trading knowledge and skills or spending time on trading.
Compare the track record, drawdown and costs of PAMM, MAM and copy-trading accounts, with the source and time of every figure.
