Residency restrictions when selecting an account host
This post is also available in Persian ←

A translated website or open signup form does not establish residency eligibility. Review the legal entity, product terms, valid evidence and changes in residence.
A host’s Persian or English website, or an accessible signup form, does not establish that every service is available for your place of residence. Eligibility may depend on the contracting legal entity, product and applicant’s actual circumstances. Review this independently of a manager’s track record before selecting a managed-account host.
Residence, citizenship and physical presence differ
A host may define these separately and require different evidence. Answer according to your real circumstances and the form’s definitions. Guessing or treating the fields as interchangeable can complicate review. This article states no country’s or provider’s current eligibility rules and does not replace personal legal guidance.
Identify the contracting entity
One brand may operate several companies or service routes. Permission for one company in a territory or product does not automatically apply to another company using the same name. Reconcile the legal name, service terms and stated official authority. An introducer’s statement or promotional image does not replace valid terms for the actual account.
Account acceptance is not access to every product
Even where the account relationship is accepted, derivatives, leverage, third-party management or API connections may have separate conditions. Dashboard access does not confirm every permission. Ask through official channels which services cover the intended method and which restrictions remain. Retain the response with its date.
A hypothetical misunderstanding
Suppose a brand’s page is visible in a region, but the final agreement identifies another entity that does not offer the requested service for the applicant’s residence. Page visibility or completion of the first signup step does not change that condition. This example names no real provider; it concerns reconciling advertising with the final contract.
Submit evidence only through official routes
- Verify the official address and recipient first.
- Read which evidence is required and how validity is defined.
- Provide truthful information consistent with your circumstances.
- Avoid sending documents to an introducer or public group without necessity.
- Never provide passwords, authentication codes or account secrets to prove residence.
Circumvention does not resolve eligibility
False identities or addresses, another person’s account and concealment of actual residence can conflict with service terms and law and put asset access at risk. This article offers no bypass method. If conditions are unclear or service is unavailable, seek official clarification and independently assess lawful options.
Review residence changes before access problems
Relocation, status changes or corrected documents may require notification and reassessment. Ask what must be reported and how changes affect open positions, management services and exit arrangements. No particular withdrawal, transfer or trade closure is requested here. Unrestricted continuation after every change is not assumed.
When reading trading-account information, separate legal and contractual access from attractive results. Use the contact and cooperation route for general questions, not sensitive documents. An account’s presence in a list does not establish eligibility for every applicant.
