Joined accounts and the monthly statement: reading your month
This post is also available in Persian ←

Joined accounts shows relationships; the monthly statement shows money. This guide explains which figure belongs where, and what not to confuse.
Joined accounts and the monthly statement are two views of one reality. One tells you where each relationship with an account stands and whose turn it is to act; the other tells you what money moved that month and where every figure came from. An investor who sees only one of them either mistakes a relationship state for a balance or searches the statement for something it never contains. This guide sets out the monthly reading order for both pages.
What joined accounts shows
Joined accounts is the investor’s single overview of every relationship, split into three clear groups:
| Group | What it includes | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Joined and active | Active GAMM, CAMM, DAMM, SAMM relationships and accepted fee agreements | Inspect technical state and period settlements in that method’s desk |
| In progress and awaiting action | Submitted requests, terms awaiting acceptance, or fee amendments | See whether the next step belongs to you, the manager, or platform review |
| Watching | Accounts or mandates kept under review before a decision | Reopen the account’s current page in the list and review live terms |
A row in “In progress” does not mean trades started, MetaTrader connected, or funds moved. The three groups are explained in the joined accounts guide.
What the monthly statement shows
The monthly statement is the platform-side financial report for each month, with five main sections:
- Wallet movements: opening balance, confirmed top-ups, payments, and closing balance;
- Treasury orders: completed USDT and rial conversions in that month;
- Plans and service invoices: subscriptions, lead packs, featured placements and marketplace purchases;
- Fee settlements: confirmed performance fees under fee agreements or proprietary methods;
- Rewards and income: cashback, referrals, bounties, and academy or marketplace sales.
For an accountant or your own archive, use the printable view and save a PDF through the browser print command. The details are in the monthly statement guide.
Three figures to read together every month
- Wallet closing balance: the difference from last month must equal top-ups minus payments; if it does not, an entry was recorded elsewhere.
- Period fee settlement: the settled amount must match the contract rate and the period’s profit. The 1,000-dollar TARAZ preview on the account page shows the same split.
- Relationship state in joined accounts: a settlement can be paid while the relationship still sits in “awaiting action” because one approval or amendment remains.
What the monthly statement is not
It is not the broker’s trading statement. Open or closed trade profit and loss in MetaTrader or at an exchange never appear there, because trading capital sits with your own broker. For performance, use the accounts leaderboard and that account’s analytical report. Nor is the monthly statement a tax document or tax advice; if VAT was applied to an invoice, it appears on that invoice.
Treasury receipt verification
Every completed treasury order carries a receipt with a unique code, and anyone holding the code can check its authenticity on the receipt verification page. That is useful when you hand a receipt to someone else; you never need to publish the code.
Frequently asked questions
Why does a withdrawal appear as a lower balance?
Because the statement shows wallet movements, not trading profit. A wallet withdrawal reduces the balance and appears under payments.
Does a missing relationship in joined accounts mean it ended?
Not necessarily. The request may have been withdrawn or the row moved to “watching”. Read each row’s state and next step.
How many past months can I see?
The statement covers the last twelve months; for older periods, use invoice and settlement records.
The bottom line
Joined accounts and the monthly statement complete each other: the first reports relationship state and the next action, the second traces the money. The right monthly habit is to review relationship states first, then reconcile the three key statement figures against the contract and the account page, and finally save the month’s printable copy.
