Support and legal: tickets, documents and the FAQ
This post is also available in Persian ←

Support handles personal issues, legal documents set general rules, and the FAQ answers common questions. This guide maps each channel and its safety limits.
Support and legal answers, together with the FAQ, form three layers that are often confused: a ticket for a personal problem, a legal document for a general rule, and the FAQ for a quick answer. Choosing the right layer is the difference between an answer in hours and a multi-day back-and-forth. This guide maps each question to its channel and sets out the safety boundary.
Support and legal: three layers, three channels
Support handles the personal case, the documents set the general rule and the FAQ answers the repeat question. Reading the right layer first saves both sides time and keeps a written record of every decision.
Layer one: support tickets
For a personal issue, open a ticket under support and choose the right topic: account and security, identity verification, treasury and payment, trading accounts, partnership or complaint. Describe what you did, what you expected and what you saw; add the order or account ID and attach a file if needed. Replies arrive in the same ticket with a notification, and once resolved you mark it solved.
Each topic has a standard response time, and financial or complaint tickets are prioritised for everyone. Subscribers with priority support are answered sooner, but no ticket is answered later than the standard time. The full guide is in support and tickets.
The support safety boundary
Support staff never ask for your password, sign-in code or verification code, and never ask you to transfer money to a personal account. Do not write that information in a ticket either.
If a message outside the panel asks for it, report it. People without an account can use the contact form.
Layer two: legal documents
| Document | Subject |
|---|---|
| Terms of use | Your rights and obligations and those of PAMM Iran |
| Privacy | What data is kept, why and how |
| Risk disclosure | Investment and trading risks |
| Methodology | How data is collected and calculated |
Every document is published with a version number and a published version is never edited; each change is a new version. If a change is material, everyone who accepted the previous version is asked to accept again, and accepted versions are recorded under my legal documents. The details are in the rules and documents guide.
Anti-money-laundering rules in practice
- Identity verification is required for financial services;
- Deposits and withdrawals only from and to a card, account or wallet in the user’s own name;
- Unusual orders are reviewed, held or rejected and may be reported under the law.
These rules apply equally to all users regardless of plan or account history.
Layer three: short answers
Many questions have a short, official answer: whether PAMM Iran holds funds, whether profit is guaranteed, how fees are calculated and how the methods differ. Before opening a ticket, read the frequently asked questions. If the answer is not there, a ticket is the right step; if the issue concerns a broker or exchange, contact that company first and then report with documents.
PAMM Iran’s role
PAMM Iran is an information and review reference; not a broker, not a fund and not an investment adviser. It does not hold investment funds and does not share in profit or loss. The investment decision and its responsibility are yours. That single sentence underpins many support answers.
Frequently asked questions
What is the support response time?
It depends on the topic and is shown there; financial and complaint tickets are prioritised.
Can I follow up by phone?
The official path is the ticket so the full record remains; people without an account have the contact form.
What if I do not accept a document?
Some services depend on accepting the current version; without acceptance, those services are unavailable.
The bottom line
Support, legal documents and the FAQ are three layers of one response system. A personal problem goes to a ticket, a general rule to a document, and a common question to the FAQ page. In none of these layers is a password, sign-in code or personal-account transfer ever exchanged.
