Subscriptions and billing: know the costs before anything else
This post is also available in Persian ←

Where PAMM Iran service costs live, where to see your invoices, and what to read before buying a subscription.
Our rule is simple: know the cost before you use the service, not after. Here is how billing reads.
Three questions before subscribing
- What is included? Read that tier’s exact service list.
- Duration and renewal? Monthly? Yearly? Automatic or manual renewal?
- Where is the invoice? From your dashboard, see the finance and billing section.
If you spot a billing mistake
Report it; before any debate, export your payment history from the panel so the review is precise. No hidden line item is allowed on an invoice.
Details: the billing guide and the fees guide.
Frequently asked questions
Where is my invoice? In your user panel’s finance section; payment history is there too.
Is renewal automatic? The subscription type and renewal are defined in that service’s terms; renewal settings can be changed in the panel.
Do you issue official invoices? Official documents are issued per the platform’s finance rules; request them from support.
What does my subscription cover? Read that tier’s service list from the subscription page and the official docs; the same reference is the reference for any dispute. Any service not on the list is not part of the subscription — even if promised elsewhere. Reading the list takes minutes and removes years of ambiguity. Review the list once more at every renewal, because service tiers grow or shrink over time.
Summary
