What a plan unlocks
A plan unlocks features and tools only — for example a larger watchlist, more alert types and channels, more profile reports, a pro manager profile or priority support. The platform manager sets the plans and prices; see them under Plans and invoices.
Free trial
Each user can use the trial once, before their first purchase. When it ends, the plan does not renew automatically and nothing is charged.
Prices are in Tether
PAMM Iran's currency is Tether (USDT). All prices, invoices and wallet balances are recorded in USDT. If you are verified with an Iranian national card, you also see an approximate rial equivalent next to each price. It is worked out from the median live Tether rate on reputable exchanges, plus a conversion fee.
Ways to pay
- PAMM Iran wallet: the fastest option. The payment goes through instantly, without waiting for review. Top up your wallet in USDT or rials. The wallet balance can only be spent on platform services; it cannot be withdrawn.
- USDT transfer (default): send the exact amount from a verified USDT wallet in your own name to the stated address, then enter the TxID.
- Rial payment: available only to users verified with an Iranian national card. The rial amount is fixed on the invoice at the day's rate and stays valid for the time shown. Transfer that exact amount from your own verified card or IBAN, then enter the tracking number.
Deposit code: no need to report your payment
Every transfer payment gets an eight-digit deposit code. The card number, IBAN, wallet address, amount and code each have a “Copy” button, and addresses also have a QR code, so you never have to type them by hand.
- Rial payment: write the code in the “deposit ID” or “description” field of the bank transfer.
- USDT transfer: the deposit is identified by your registered wallet and the exact amount. If your exchange or wallet has a “description” field, write the code there too.
After you pay there is nothing else to do. The finance team matches the deposit by its code, confirms it, and you are notified. If you forgot the code or typed it wrongly, open “I forgot the deposit code or entered it wrongly” on that payment's page and enter the tracking number, reference or transaction hash, or send a picture of the receipt.
For a USDT transfer or a rial payment, first register a wallet, card or IBAN in your own name under Conversion and treasury and wait for approval. Once a reviewer confirms your payment, the plan is activated and you are notified. Payments from any other account are not accepted and are returned to their source. If VAT is enabled, it is shown separately on the invoice.
Bank transfer method and the rial payment window
For a rial payment, pick the card or IBAN you pay from among the cards shown side by side, then the transfer method:
- Card to card: from your card to the platform card. Instant, but banks cap interbank card transfers per day.
- Paya: from your IBAN to the platform IBAN. Settles in Paya cycles and can take several hours on holidays.
- Satna: for large amounts, during bank working hours only (when enabled).
- Pol: instant IBAN-to-IBAN transfer with a per-transfer cap.
Only methods whose allowed range covers your amount are shown. A card pays only to a card and an IBAN only to an IBAN.
The rial rate is locked only until the method's payment window ends, and a countdown on the payment page shows the time left. When it ends, the card number, IBAN, deposit code and QR are hidden. Do not send money to that destination; create a new request instead. If you transferred before the deadline, send the tracking number and a receipt screenshot in a ticket. Cancelled or rejected requests show no transfer details either.
If you see “No receiving account has room”, the platform's receiving accounts have reached their daily limits. Choose another method, pay in USDT or try again tomorrow.
Topping up your wallet step by step
In your wallet, first choose the top-up method:
- USDT transfer: choose the network (only networks where you have a verified wallet and the platform has a receiving wallet are shown, each with the block confirmations it needs), then your source wallet and the amount. The minimum and maximum are checked as you type.
- Rial payment: enter the amount in rials. The methods possible for that amount (card to card, direct instant, account to account, Paya) are suggested, then you pick a card or IBAN suited to the chosen method.
After “Create top-up request”, the request page shows, in order: the time left, the amount to send (with a copy button), the source you must send from, the destination account (with copy and QR), the account holder, the deposit code (with copy) and the deadline. After you pay there is nothing else to do; the finance team finds and confirms the payment by its deposit code. The “I have paid” button is optional and only alerts the finance team sooner.
Invoices
All invoices and their status can be viewed and downloaded on the same page. A change in a plan's price does not affect plans already paid for.
