DAMM versus traditional dedicated management: a frank comparison
This post is also available in Persian ←

Traditional dedicated management with password handover is closed on PAMM Iran. How does DAMM differ, and why was it replaced?
In traditional dedicated management you handed the manager your password and everything ended at trust. New registrations of that path are closed on PAMM Iran; the secure path replaced it.
The frank comparison
| Aspect | Traditional (password handover) | DAMM |
|---|---|---|
| Account password | In the manager’s hands | Stays with you |
| Where capital sits | Your account, full manager access | Your account + the manager’s mirror |
| Risk cap | Verbal agreement | Volume and loss caps in the structure |
| Taking back control | Password change and lockout | Disconnect the path, no password change |
If you still hold a legacy dedicated account
See the guide for the legacy path’s status, and review DAMM or SAMM for dedicated management.

Frequently asked questions
Why was password handover closed? Because every security answer then hinged on “trusting the person”. The mirror path delivers the same management result without that single point of failure.
What about my legacy dedicated account? The legacy path’s status and options are explained in the guide; review your own situation with support before deciding.
Is DAMM more expensive? Each account’s terms set the cost; the fair comparison is “cost + structural risk”, not the fee alone.
Should I abandon traditional management that has worked for years? The decision is yours; but move the comparison yardstick from “personal relationship” to “structure”: in the traditional path, what mechanism contains the manager’s bad day? If there is no clear answer, the only difference is your risk. A good past experience does not substitute for a bad-day mechanism.
Summary
On PAMM Iran the secure path has replaced the risky one. The DAMM guide and the SAMM guide are today’s options.
Three questions for any dedicated path
- Who holds the master password? (Right answer: only you)
- Is the risk cap in the structure or in a verbal agreement?
- How fast and costless is taking back control?
- If the answers are vague, choose the safer path
- See the current dedicated paths in the guide
