SAMM: multi-manager allocation on one account

How SAMM records a requested multi-manager allocation for one account, and what to check about each manager’s readiness, separate activation, limits and exit before starting.

What is SAMM?

SAMM is PAMM Iran’s proprietary multi-manager path: a requested allocation among several managers on one dedicated account is recorded as separate virtual slices. That record by itself does not split actual broker capacity or create broker-level risk separation. The SAMM introduction page explains the method itself and its structure; accounts currently qualified for SAMM are listed in the SAMM trading-accounts catalog. Start from an account’s own catalog page so its manager is placed in the first slice of the private form, then adjust the allocation or add other managers before submitting.

This allocation record does not mean there are several legal or bank accounts. Proposed shares, limits, manager access and execution for each slice depend on the setup and accepted terms for that allocation and account; read those terms and each slice’s panel status before submitting a request.

What should you check first?

  • The managers and allocation rules for each slice.
  • Volume and risk limits, settlement cycle, fees, and how to pause or end the arrangement.
  • Who owns the account and which broker holds the funds.
  • What each manager can access, and how incidents or execution differences are recorded.

In the DAMM/SAMM form, SEPAR is a separate user preference, not a manager declaration. It records intent only; SEPAR installation and activation are separate. Read selecting a method or companion service.

Each manager must separately be ready for SAMM

A manager account is selectable as a SAMM offer only while it holds current Sanjesh authorization for SAMM and an active, online technical connection. A DAMM or CAMM authorization is not enough to create a SAMM slice. Typing an unready manager's name into an allocation note does not make that manager active; every slice and manager status must be clear in the form and SAMM desk.

An allocation note is not an automatic slice

The SAMM form can record selected managers, requested percentages or your allocation description for review. That record alone creates no independent connections, trading permission, simultaneous multi-manager execution, funds transfer or real broker-level risk separation. Activating any slice is a separate stage that must appear with a clear panel status and accepted terms. Do not enter a trading or investor password in the request form or send one to any manager.

How it differs from other paths

For dedicated mirror management with one manager, see DAMM. If your investment uses PAMM or MAM rather than multi-manager allocation, start with the methods guide.
