OPTIONAL CASE REVIEW & RESTRUCTURING INTAKE — TRADING EMERGENCY
Trading Emergency — Hedged Account Review & Restructuring
Trading Emergency is a separate, optional case-review service for accounts with hedged positions or significant drawdown. Submit account details for review and discuss possible next steps. A case record is not a broker connection or trade instruction: PAMM Iran does not promise to execute trades, recover losses, prevent liquidation or produce a particular outcome.

How a Trading Emergency case is handled
- Open a case yourself in /my/emergency, or allow a signed SEPAR heartbeat to create a case after the EA reports that its hedge request was accepted. External account details and terminal-reported values are not independently verified by this intake form.
- Provide the account, broker server, current equity, floating loss and any relevant position summary. These are user-submitted details unless a separate, identified data source is explicitly connected.
- A reviewer may record a proposed handling path, assigned contact, case status and reported amounts. The platform does not log in to your broker or execute, close or unwind positions through this case form.
- Review any proposed action independently and confirm it with your broker or qualified adviser. Closing or changing a hedge can realize profit or loss and may affect margin; do not act in panic, but do not assume that keeping a hedge open is risk-free.
Case fee and records
- There is no fixed intake fee for submitting a case. The configured fee setting is 25% of the recovery amount recorded by the reviewer, if any; the amount and terms are shown in your case record before settlement.
- A platform fee entry documents an internal record only. It does not independently prove broker execution, an external payment, actual loss recovery or a successful trading outcome.
- SEPAR is a separate, optional terminal EA. It may submit a threshold-triggered market hedge request; it is not required to request a Trading Emergency review and does not guarantee protection or recovery.
