PAMM Iran Academy Terms

This document sets the terms of the PAMM Iran (pamm.ir) academy for learners and instructors. By enrolling in a course or submitting a course as an instructor, you accept these terms.

1. What the training is

• Courses are general education. They are not investment advice, trading signals or profit promises. Leveraged trading can lose part or all of your capital.

• A course certificate only shows that you studied the lessons and passed that course's quiz. It is not a professional licence, an official qualification or approval to manage money.

2. PAMM Iran courses and sponsors

• Courses produced by PAMM Iran are free. A course may have a sponsor, whose name is shown with a clear "sponsored" label.

• A sponsor only buys visibility. PAMM Iran decides the course content, quiz and certificate, and the sponsor has no effect on them or on any ranking or evaluation on PAMM Iran.

3. Instructor courses

• Any user may submit a course. A course is reviewed before publication and after every change. PAMM Iran may decline to publish a course without giving a reason, or suspend it for a breach.

• The instructor is responsible for the accuracy of the content, for holding the right to publish its text, images and video, and for complying with the law. Profit promises, paid signals, requests to hand over passwords or money, and hidden advertising are forbidden.

• The instructor sets the price of a paid course. Payment goes through PAMM Iran billing; PAMM Iran keeps its share at the percentage shown in the panel, and the rest is added to the instructor's balance.

• Earnings are paid out only to a verified IBAN in the instructor's own name, after review.

4. Payment and refunds

• You pay only from a verified card or bank account in your own name.

• If you change your mind before opening any lesson of a paid course, you can ask support for a refund within seven days. After that, or once a certificate has been issued, no refund is made, unless the course clearly differs from its description.

• You can cancel an unpaid enrolment.

5. Permitted use

• Course content is for your personal use. Republishing it, selling it or sharing your account with others is not allowed.

• Certificates carry a unique code and anyone can check them. If cheating is established, the certificate is voided.

6. Intellectual property

• PAMM Iran courses, the academy's design and its software were designed and produced by PAMM Iran, and all rights are reserved. Instructor courses belong to their instructors, who allow PAMM Iran to show them in the academy.
