Trading Account Audit Terms
Version 1.0 — In force since 2026-09-27
These terms govern requesting, performing and publishing independent audits of trading accounts published on PAMM Iran.
1. What an audit is
• An audit is a documented review of an account over a stated period against PAMM Iran’s published checklist: ownership, broker authenticity, data source, statement reconciliation, deposits and withdrawals, risk metrics, trading behaviour and declared terms.
• An audit is not a guarantee of future profit, investment advice or confirmation of any licence; it reports only on the period reviewed.
2. Independence and fee
• The audit fee pays for the review work and never determines the outcome, rank or placement of the account. Refunds never depend on the outcome.
• An auditor may not audit their own account or accounts related to them.
3. Consent to publication
• By submitting a request, the manager irrevocably agrees that the audit result, whatever it is (passed, passed with notes, failed or inconclusive), is published together with its findings on the public audits page and the account page.
• A request can be withdrawn only before payment is confirmed. Once the audit has started it cannot be cancelled and the result will be published.
4. Manager cooperation
• The manager must provide read-only access (investor password or API), the complete statement for the period and any requested documents within the stated deadline. Failure to cooperate leads to an “inconclusive” result.
• Submitting forged evidence results in a “failed” outcome and suspension of the account on PAMM Iran.
5. Validity and revocation
• Each result is valid until the stated validity date. If evidence is later found to be false, PAMM Iran revokes the result with a stated reason, and the revocation is also public.
• Objections to a result are raised through support and reviewed by an officer other than the original auditor.
6. Payment
• The fee is paid only from a card or bank account verified in the manager’s own name; payments from anyone else’s account are not accepted and are returned only to their source.
