Data API Licence and Terms of Use
Version 1.0 — In force since 2026-09-27
This document sets the terms on which businesses and developers access the PAMM Iran (pamm.ir) data API. By requesting access, creating a key or buying an API plan, you accept these terms.
1. Data scope
• The API only provides, in machine-readable form, data that is already published on PAMM Iran’s public pages: the profiles of published trading accounts, performance metrics under the same display rule as the account page, smart baskets, audit results, the market partner directory and the rate tables.
• No personal user data, drafts, rejected accounts or unpublished data is ever served through the API.
• Every figure is delivered together with its state. A “declared” figure always carries that label and must not be presented as live or verified data. If a metric is not published or not fresh, its value is empty and must not be replaced with another number.
2. Requesting and approving access
• Access is enabled after PAMM Iran reviews your request (business name, website and use case). PAMM Iran may decline a request and will state the reason.
• If these terms are breached, usage is abnormal or there is a security risk, PAMM Iran may suspend access or revoke keys and will state the reason.
3. Keys and security
• An API key is shown only once, when it is created, and PAMM Iran stores only its cryptographic hash. You are responsible for keeping the key secure and out of browser-side code and public repositories.
• Every request made with your key is recorded against your account. If a key is exposed, revoke it immediately and create a new one.
• For each key you can set its scopes, an allowed IP list and an expiry date.
4. Quotas, rate limits and plans
• Each plan has a per-minute request limit and a monthly quota, shown on your account’s API page. Once a limit is reached, requests are answered with status 429 until the quota reopens.
• A paid plan is paid before its period starts, from your own verified bank source, and becomes active once the payment is confirmed. When the period ends, access returns to the free tier.
• Unused quota does not carry over to the next period.
5. Licence and attribution
• The licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable. You may display the data in your product provided you credit “PAMM Iran (pamm.ir)” next to it and keep each figure’s state label.
• Reselling the raw data, building a competing database from API data or presenting it as your own data is not permitted.
• Rankings, investment advice or return promises based on API data must not be published in PAMM Iran’s name. PAMM Iran data is not investment advice.
6. Availability and changes
• PAMM Iran works to keep the service stable, but internet outages, updates or data-source failures may interrupt access temporarily. Every response carries the time the data was produced.
• Breaking changes to the response format are made only in a new API version (for example v2), and the current version is retired with prior notice.
