GAMM (Guarded Account Management) Terms
Version 1.0 — In force since 2026-10-01
These terms govern the use of GAMM (Guarded Account Management) by PAMM Iran (pamm.ir) for account managers and for investors who watch accounts. By committing rules for an account or by watching an account, you accept these terms.
1. What GAMM does and does not do
• The manager commits to risk rules for their published trading account: a maximum daily loss, a maximum overall drawdown and, optionally, a maximum volume per trade, a maximum number of open trades, a maximum leverage, allowed symbols and a mandatory stop loss.
• The PAMM Iran guard EA runs on the manager's own terminal and only sends the account's state to PAMM Iran, signed. PAMM Iran checks that state against the committed rules, records every breach with its exact time in the violation log and tells the account's watchers.
• PAMM Iran never receives or stores any password, neither the trading password nor the investor password. The guard EA does not open or close trades, and PAMM Iran has no access to the account's money.
• GAMM is a transparency and oversight tool, not insurance or a guarantee. PAMM Iran is not a broker, an investment adviser or an asset manager, and the discipline score is not investment advice.
2. Violation log and discipline score
• A recorded violation cannot be deleted or edited, by the manager or by PAMM Iran staff. If a record is wrong because of a PAMM Iran technical fault, a correction is written next to it and the original record stays.
• If the guard EA is disconnected for longer than the time stated on the GAMM page, a "monitoring gap" is recorded. Attaching the guard EA to any account other than the registered one is recorded as a serious violation.
• The discipline score is calculated from the recorded history. Its weighting is PAMM Iran's proprietary know-how and is not published. The score is shown after the minimum monitoring days stated on the GAMM page.
3. Manager obligations
• Rules can be committed only for a published account verified in the manager's own name on PAMM Iran, and the account number entered must be that account.
• Tightening the rules applies at once. Any change that loosens them applies only after the notice period stated on the GAMM page, and watchers are told in advance.
• The manager must not present GAMM or the score as a guarantee of profit or of no loss. The EA's key and signing secret must be kept confidential; any report signed with them counts as a report of the manager's account.
• PAMM Iran may suspend an account that breaches these terms or shows signs of data manipulation, stating the reason. The reason is shown on the account's public page.
4. Subscription and fees
• Managers use GAMM through a periodic GAMM plan subscription. Each plan has a maximum number of monitored accounts. PAMM Iran may, for periods it announces, offer a limited number of accounts free of charge.
• When the subscription ends, new reports from the EA are no longer accepted, and after the stated time a monitoring gap is recorded. The violation log and history are never erased.
• Watching accounts and receiving alerts is free for investors.
5. Investors
• A GAMM alert may arrive late because of network delays or outages. Decisions to invest, exit or stay are the investor's own.
• Leveraged trading can lose part or all of the capital. Following the rules in the past does not guarantee the future.
6. Intellectual property
GAMM, the guard EA, the judging and scoring method and its name and mark belong to PAMM Iran. Copying, reverse engineering, reselling or offering it to others without PAMM Iran's written permission is prohibited.
7. Changes to these terms
A material change is announced in the panel before it takes effect, and continued use requires accepting the new version.
