Version 1 — Shahrivar 1405. PAMM Iran does not guarantee returns, trade for you, or hold your capital. Using the site means you accept these terms.

1. Nature of the platform

PAMM Iran reviews and compares managed trading accounts and is a connection path to them; not a broker, exchange, investment fund or financial adviser.

Your capital stays in your own trading accounts at the broker and exchange. We never request trading or withdrawal access to your accounts. Anyone who asks for that is a fraud; write from the contact page.

2. How we earn

A referral link on a published trading-account page is labelled “referral”. If you sign up with the provider through that link, the provider pays the platform a fee with no extra cost to you. Payment never buys ranking.

Instant conversion is not published as a public service on this site. If it ever is, rate and fee are shown before confirmation and nothing runs without your confirmation.

Sponsored content is published only with an “advertisement” label and never changes trading-account scores or ranking. There are no hidden fees.

3. Deposit and withdrawal rules

Deposits and withdrawals of capital follow that trading account at the broker and exchange, not PAMM Iran. An in-site instruction form is not published yet.

If an in-site instruction ever exists, withdrawals go only to a card, IBAN or account in your own name. Payouts to a third party are not executed.

Tether contract addresses and other crypto addresses cannot be ownership-checked; the destination address is your responsibility and a wrong on-chain transfer cannot be reversed.

Limits, fees and timing are shown before the instruction is submitted — when such an instruction exists on this site.

4. Market risk

There is no guaranteed return; any claim of certain profit is against this policy.

Trading-account performance data is what happened, not what will happen; past performance does not guarantee the future.

If a trading account hits the contract drawdown limit, the trading-account manager is removed under that contract and you are notified.

5. Account and security

Public sign-in is not published yet. If a public user account ever exists, you are responsible for the accuracy of registered information and for keeping your password.

Never give anyone — including us — your broker/exchange password or wallet private key. We never ask for them.

6. Content and guides

Educational content is information, not financial advice. The investment decision is yours.

7. Privacy

How data is collected and kept is set out in the privacy policy on this site.

8. Changes and disputes

These terms may be updated; a new version is published on this page with a date. Continued use means you accept the new version.

If a dispute arises, first file a ticket from the contact form under “Dispute & Conflict Report” so it can be settled amicably.
