PAMM IRAN PROFIT-FEE SETTLEMENT — TARAZ

Taraz — Profit fees only on new profit

Taraz keeps the books for profit fees in supported arrangements—it is not an account-management method and not capital insurance. Where accepted DAMM/SAMM settlement terms include it, the fee is charged only on profit above the account’s previous peak (the high-water-mark rule), and part of the manager’s share can be held in the platform ledger for the recorded period. Taraz is not active on every account or method merely because this page or an account form mentions it; read the actual settlement record and terms in your private desk.

How Taraz settlement works in supported relationships

  1. Supported terms first: a relationship uses TARAZ only when its record and accepted terms appear on the account page, in the relationship form or in the TARAZ desk. Selecting TARAZ on an account form alone creates neither a settlement nor a hold.
  2. High-water-mark fee record: under those supported terms, a new performance fee is calculated only on the recorded increase above the previous settled HWM for that settlement record; merely recovering an earlier drawdown does not create a second fee under the same record.
  3. Ledger amounts follow the accepted terms: a supported settlement can record the platform share, the manager’s immediately available amount and a TARAZ hold as separate platform-ledger amounts. That record concerns fee amounts under its own status; it is not external broker custody of your trading capital.
  4. Release and clawback are recorded operator actions: release waits for the settlement’s recorded release time, while a clawback to the investor wallet is a manual operator action recorded with a reason. Neither outcome should be read as an automatic reimbursement guarantee for trading losses.

Current defaults — your own settlement record wins

  • Current default performance-fee setting for supported DAMM/SAMM fee records: 30% of the recorded amount above HWM under the accepted terms.
  • Current default platform-share setting: 10% under the share basis recorded for that settlement. Read the basis and exact amounts on the settlement itself.
  • Current default TARAZ hold: 30% of the manager share for 14 days, only where the supported settlement terms include that hold.

TARAZ does not insure trading capital, reimburse market losses or prove that a manager will perform. It only records and settles supported fee amounts under the terms and status shown for that record.
