Most of us either keep checking the rate or miss the right moment. Automatic orders remove both worries. Decide once; PAMM Iran does the rest.
There are two types:
| Type | For whom? | How it works |
|---|---|---|
| Target-rate order | You have a specific rate in mind | The order is placed when the rate reaches your number |
| Recurring buy | You want to save regularly | A fixed rial amount is converted to USDT every week or month |
Before you start
- You need level 2 verification, the same as for a normal order.
- Your bank card (to pay rials) and USDT wallet (to receive) must be added and verified under "Cards & wallets". To sell, you need a source wallet and a destination IBAN.
Target-rate order
- Open Currency conversion, go to "Automatic orders" and choose "Target-rate order".
- Choose buy or sell, then enter the amount and the target rate. The current rate is shown under the field.
- Choose how long the order stays valid (from one day to one month).
- Accept the commitments and create the order.
Buy: placed when the published buy rate reaches your number or lower. Sell: placed when the published sell rate reaches your number or higher.
The order is always placed at the rate of that moment, so if the rate has moved past your target, you get the better rate. If the rate never reaches your target before the order expires, it closes at no cost and we let you know.
Recurring buy
- In the same tab, choose "Recurring buy".
- Set the rial amount for each run and how often it repeats (weekly or monthly).
- The first run happens right away. Later runs happen at the same day and time next week or month.
This is known as dollar-cost averaging: when the rate is low you get more USDT, and when it is high you get less. Over time, you stop worrying about picking "the best day".
You can pause, resume or cancel a plan at any time. A resumed plan does not catch up on missed periods; it runs once right away.
What to do when an order is placed
Nothing is ever taken from your account automatically. When an order is placed, you get a notification and an SMS. The order page shows the account to pay into and the payment deadline. As with any order:
- Pay from your own registered card.
- Enter the tracking number on the order page.
- Once the deposit is confirmed and the security hold ends, USDT is sent to your wallet.
If you do not pay in time, the order is cancelled at no cost.
When does a run not happen?
- You have another unpaid order. Each user can have only one unpaid order at a time.
- You have reached your daily or monthly limit. See the next section.
- No fresh rate is published, or conversion is paused for now.
For recurring buys, a skipped run is reported to you with the reason, and the next run follows the schedule. Target-rate orders simply try again at the next check. If the problem is lasting (for example, your card was archived), the plan stops and we tell you why.
Tiered conversion limits
For your safety, and under anti-money-laundering rules, each verification level has a daily and a monthly limit. Limits count the amount you paid on orders in the last 24 hours and the last 30 days. Cancelled, expired and rejected orders do not count.
You can see how much you have used and what is left above the "New order" form. Need a higher limit? Completing level 3 verification raises it. The platform sets the limits and may change them.
Common questions
Do automatic orders cost extra? No. The fee is the same as for a normal order.
How many automatic orders can I have? Up to five active or paused at the same time.
What if the rate moves very quickly? Rates are checked after every update and every five minutes. Orders are only placed at a rate that was actually published.
