Which account may enter?
At registration, the account must belong to the manager, have the stored status “published”, and also be currently publicly visible. Stored publication alone is not enough; a new entry is not accepted while the account is absent from the current public projection.
Acceptance also depends on the contest being open for entries, acceptance of that contest's terms, the minimum identity-verification level, remaining capacity, and any sponsor conditions stated for that contest—such as a broker or cashback-programme condition where one applies. Only one active or payment-pending entry may exist for the same account and contest.
Activating an entry
- Free entry: it becomes active after successful registration.
- Paid entry: it first remains “pending payment” and becomes active only when payment is settled through the wallet, or when a reported payment has been reviewed and confirmed by an operator. Merely reporting a payment is not activation.
See the private entry status under My contests; appearing on the public leaderboard is not the same thing as having an active entry.
Scoring
- The baseline is taken from the first valid post-start observation of cumulative return and maximum drawdown; the score is contest-period performance from that baseline, not the account's lifetime return.
- The score moves only when a newer account-data observation arrives.
- If observed drawdown exceeds the contest's stated limit, the entry is eliminated.
- If the account's stored status is no longer “published”—for example, it has been suspended or delisted—the contest judge disqualifies the entry.
- On a tied score, the earlier entry ranks higher.
If the account later leaves the public projection
Losing current public visibility does not by itself erase or rewrite the private entry record, but an account that is not currently visible is omitted from the provisional public leaderboard. In finalized or cancelled standings, the historical row may remain, with the account's current invisibility flagged separately and no active public link. Check the status and reason in your panel and in that contest's terms.
Entering (for managers)
- Under My contests, choose an open contest and read its terms, verification, capacity and sponsor conditions.
- Pick one of your own accounts that is both stored as published and currently publicly visible.
- For a paid contest, wait until the payment path is complete and the entry is active, then re-check its status in the same section. Public-leaderboard appearance requires both an active entry and the account's current public visibility.
