The services marketplace

Buying a published service with escrow payment and selling from My services; the seller verification level and payment methods come from current settings and the order page.

For buyers

Only reviewed listings in the published state can be bought in the services marketplace. Ordering requires sign-in, acceptance of the marketplace terms, and the minimum buyer verification level checked by the system at checkout.

Payment and escrow

  1. Place the order and choose a payment method actually enabled for you on that page: the PAMM Iran USDT wallet, a USDT transfer from your verified instrument, or—when eligible—a rial transfer from your own verified card/IBAN.
  2. A sufficiently funded wallet payment settles into marketplace escrow at once. For an external transfer, report the payment within the order deadline; staff confirmation moves the order to paid.
  3. The seller records delivery inside the order. The amount stays in escrow until you accept, a dispute is decided, or the automatic-acceptance deadline shown on the order expires—so watch that deadline.
  4. Dispute a delivered order that does not match its description. A paid order still undelivered after its delivery window can also be disputed. Staff either release the escrow to the seller or refund it through the original payment path.

Orders live under My purchases.

For sellers

My services is a self-scoped vendor desk shown in every workspace persona. Opening it does not by itself authorize publication:

  1. Check the seller verification minimum shown there; it is read from current marketplace settings, not fixed by this guide.
  2. Define the service, deliverable, price and terms precisely and submit it for review. Only a published listing can be ordered.
  3. Deliver a paid order inside the platform. After buyer acceptance or automatic completion at the order deadline, the vendor share—after that listing/settings commission—moves to payable balance and settlement follows the state shown on the desk.

The “Services Partner” identity role in requesting a role is a separate organisation label. Current marketplace code does not check that role before listing creation, and the role alone creates neither market-partner membership nor listing-publication permission.
