Independent audit

Trading account audits

An audit is a documented review of a published account over a stated period: ownership, broker authenticity, data source, statement reconciliation, risk and terms. By requesting an audit, the manager agrees in advance that any result, even a failure, is published.

No audit result has been published yet.

Audit checklist

Every audit reviews exactly these items, and each item’s outcome is published with its finding.

  1. Account ownership and manager identity — Match the account holder name on the broker statement or portal with the manager’s verified identity on PAMM Iran. If the account belongs to another person or company, review the management authorisation and record it in the finding.
  2. Broker and account number authenticity — Verify the declared broker, server and account number through direct access (investor password or API) and record the account type (live or demo) and base currency. A demo account is never accepted.
  3. Source of the published data — Confirm that the published data is received from a direct broker connection rather than manual entry, and that the latest observation time matches the account’s actual state.
  4. Full-period statement reconciliation — Obtain the complete broker statement for the audit period and reconcile the balance, equity and return published on PAMM Iran against it. Record every discrepancy with its amount and date.
  5. Deposits and withdrawals — Identify every deposit, withdrawal and internal transfer in the period and check that none has been counted as profit or loss in the return calculation.
  6. Recalculation of risk metrics — Recalculate maximum drawdown, effective leverage and the largest daily loss from the period’s trades and compare them with the published values.
  7. Trading behaviour versus the declared method — Check that trading behaviour is consistent with the declared management method and risk band; record hidden patterns such as martingale, unlimited grids or hedging across related accounts.
  8. Declared terms and fees — Compare the published terms, profit share, fees and minimum capital with the agreement actually offered to investors, and record any mismatch.

Audit independence

The audit fee pays only for the review work and never determines the outcome, rank or placement of the account. An auditor cannot audit their own account, no result better than the checklist items show can be recorded, and a published report is never edited; it is only revoked, publicly and with a reason, if false evidence is discovered.

An audit is not a guarantee of future profit or investment advice; it reports only on the period reviewed. Audit service terms
