Creating your account

A PAMM Iran account is free. Sign up with your email or mobile number and enter the code we send you. You use one login account for everything; you do not need separate accounts to act as an investor, account manager, business partner or instructor.

That does not mean every persona is active automatically. The investor view is the baseline for a signed-in user. The account-manager, business-partner or instructor view appears in the persona switcher when the related capability, membership or teaching record exists. Check the current state and activation path under My capabilities and Roles.

Ways to receive codes

Codes arrive through channels enabled on the platform and registered for your account, such as email, SMS or a connected messenger. If one channel is late, choose another enabled channel on the same screen; the list shown there is the current reference.

• Manage contact channels under Contacts and messengers.
• A change of address is confirmed with a code sent to the new address.
• A sign-in code, a broker master password and a MetaTrader investor password are three different things; never enter one in place of another.

Signing in and security

Sign in with your email or mobile and password. If two-step sign-in is on, you will then be asked for an authenticator code, security key or recovery code. Review sessions, devices and security settings under Security; if you see an unfamiliar sign-in, close active sessions and change your password.

If the connection drops

Some sensitive forms carry duplicate-submission protection, but do not assume resubmitting every form is harmless. If the connection drops during an action, first reopen that page or status list and check whether the request was recorded; submit again only if needed. On a slow or restricted connection, turn on “Lite mode” from the user menu at the top of the workspace so fewer external resources load.

Seeing a menu item is not permission to act

Switching persona only organizes the workspace. Each page and action separately rechecks sign-in state, permission, ownership and eligibility. A locked account-manager card only shows the activation path; it does not open the protected page. If a link is absent or an action is refused, the message on that page and your capabilities status are more precise than guessing from the menu.
