Sending a contact request What does “Featured · Ad” mean? Five questions for the first conversation Warning signsSending a contact request
On an account page that is currently in the public projection, press “Ask to talk to the manager”. Write an approximate amount, the period, the best way to reach you and, if you like, a message. A new request is recorded only while the account is public and open to new requests at that moment, with its data connection currently reporting; the stored “published” status alone is not enough.
- Privacy: at first the manager sees only your amount, period and message. Your name and contact details appear only when they open the request, and you are notified at that moment.
- You are in control: until the manager opens it, you can withdraw the request under My contact requests.
- For a phone call or messenger, first verify your mobile number in your profile.
- If the button or form is unavailable: the account may not currently be public or open to new requests. Do not substitute an old link or an off-platform contact route.
- A contact request is not joining: it proves no particular method is ready and is neither an order nor a funds transfer. Any later step must start from the current action on that same account's TAM page.
What does “Featured · Ad” mean?
“Featured · Ad” means the manager paid for a visibly labelled display placement near the top of the list. It can change visibility, but it does not confirm the account’s quality or performance, change its risk score or affect comparison results. Check the data source and period, any audit report and the account terms separately.
Five questions for the first conversation
- Which of the eight traditional or proprietary methods is being proposed for this exact account, is that method currently ready on the account's TAM page, and what was the account's largest historical drawdown?
- Is the performance fee charged over the previous peak (high-water mark)? (See why it matters)
- Which broker holds the funds, who controls withdrawals, and how is my share recorded?
- How will I see periodic reports?
- What happens if I want to withdraw or end the arrangement?
Warning signs
If you see any of these, stop the conversation and tell support:
- a request for your broker master password or sign-in code; enter an investor password only in the official secure data-connection form, never send it to a manager;
- a request to deposit into the manager's personal account;
- a promise of fixed or guaranteed returns.
