Your fee, with clear figures Before accepting an agreement The golden rule: only new profit When a settlement arrives Ending the agreementYour fee, with clear figures
When an account manager makes a fee agreement with you, everything is recorded under My fees: the percentages, starting capital, settlement period and the history of every payment.
Before accepting an agreement
- Compare the performance and management fee percentages with the account's published terms.
- The starting capital must be exactly what you deposited; fees only apply above this figure.
- The account ID must be your own account or sub-account at the broker.
If anything is wrong, decline and ask the manager to send a corrected version.
The golden rule: only new profit
A performance fee is charged only when your account rises above its previous peak. If you had a losing month, the manager takes no performance fee until that loss is fully recovered. Your new deposits never count as profit either.
When a settlement arrives
- You receive a “settlement awaits your confirmation” notification.
- Under My fees, open “How was it calculated?”. Compare the period-end value and the manager's evidence with your own account at the broker.
- If it is right, press “I confirm”. If not, write the reason and press “I dispute this”. The dispute goes to the manager and to PAMM Iran staff.
Until you confirm, the peak value does not change and the fee is not final.
Ending the agreement
You can end the agreement at any time. Earlier settlements stay in the record.
