Withdrawing profit or capital always happens at the host broker or exchange, and only to an account or wallet registered in your own name. PAMM Iran plays no part in this and cannot speed up or stop a withdrawal.
Rollover windows and lock-ups
- For PAMM accounts, timing depends on the account’s rollover window and the broker’s rules.
- If an account has a lock-up period, the covered capital cannot be withdrawn until it ends, or the stated early-exit terms apply.
- MAM, LAMM/RAMM, copy trading, DAMM and SAMM do not all work the same way. Read the method and host-account terms; stopping a follow or requesting an exit does not necessarily close open trades.
Fees on exit
If you leave during a calculation period, check the account terms for when the performance fee is settled and whether an exit fee applies; this differs between methods and accounts. See the fees guide.
Steps for a full exit
- Check the exit terms, settlement schedule and open-trade status in the method terms and broker portal.
- Submit the relevant stop-following, detach or exit request through that method.
- Decide what to do with open trades under the account terms; stopping a service does not by itself close them.
- After settlement, confirm the funds in your host account.
- Withdraw from the broker to a card, bank account or wallet registered in your name.
- Revoke any data access or keys you no longer need and update your watchlist.
If a withdrawal does not arrive
- Check the request status in the broker's cabinet and contact broker support.
- Keep all correspondence and request identifiers.
- If the broker does not respond, send the correspondence and evidence through PAMM Iran support. PAMM Iran can review the request, but submitting a report does not by itself change the broker’s or account’s page or compel the broker to pay.
