What is Trading Emergency?

Trading Emergency is a case desk for recording and following a hedged or high-drawdown account. It is not an account-management method and does not replace SEPAR: SEPAR is a MetaTrader terminal tool, while Trading Emergency keeps the details submitted by the user and the review steps recorded in the Emergency workspace.

Opening a case does not connect PAMM Iran to a broker, grant trading access to the account, place or close an order, remove a hedge or return a loss. If a margin call or stop-out may be imminent, this desk is not real-time broker intervention; check the account in the terminal under the broker’s rules.

How is a case opened?

A case is created only when the user submits the form. A SEPAR “hedge locked” report updates the shield status only; it does not open a Trading Emergency case automatically.

The form records details such as the broker account login and server, locked equity and loss amount, net hedged lots, symbols, the requested handling label and a note. Check these values against the terminal and broker statement; the web form does not connect to the broker account or independently read those figures from the broker.

What is recorded after submission?

An operator can record a handling mode or label and notes, then enter reported steps such as unwound lots, a reported “recovered” amount or reported extra profit. The case status advances from those records.

Labels such as “bot” or “specialist” and the amounts in a case do not by themselves prove that PAMM Iran executed a trade in the broker account or that an amount was actually realized at the broker. Any real action outside this desk requires a separate, explicit agreement and evidence. The account holder remains responsible for checking the broker account.

Case fee

The fee percentage is set in the service settings or on the case; this guide does not state a fixed rate. The amount due is calculated from the amounts recorded as recovered and extra profit, and may be paid from the USDT wallet or waived by an operator.

Before paying, compare the case figures with the broker statement, the recorded step notes and the service agreement. Paying or settling a fee in the platform does not by itself prove that a trade was executed or a loss was recovered at the broker.

If SEPAR reports a hedge event

Read the MT4/MT5 notice and avoid panic-closing all positions. A hedge does not erase floating loss and may add margin, spread, commission or swap costs. You can manage the positions yourself under your plan and the broker’s terms, or optionally open a Trading Emergency case for review. Trading Emergency is not required to use SEPAR, and no trading outcome is guaranteed.

For the difference between the two services, read the SEPAR guide.
